Add External DB details to WPCONFIG

    It would be useful and more secure if you allowed users to set the external DB details in the wp-config.php. If they are set in the config the fields in the settings should blank out, with a note. This would allow users that don’t want to store there DB settings in the database to make use of your plugin.
