• Hi!
I have a self hosted external media server near the web server where I host the WP site. I wondering about how to display the external media server data on my WP site Media Library. Can you please help me to find a solution?

Server A is the web server rent from a service provider.
Server B is my own media server located at our company, where we usualy upload videos and other content which we would like to display on the site. But will be helpfull as editors can search directly from wp media library to media server content with ability to embed in articles.

Thank you in advance for all ideas and solutions.

  • Any help on this topic would be great! I have a client that requires thousands of images on their website uploaded from various users, it would be great if any uploads were stored directly on an external server or even dropbox to lighten the load on the website.

FYI transit, I found this post in another thread:

“Hey there, this is one way of doing things.

I have seen some success with hosting media on imgur and using this plugin linked below.

Food for thought, it might be what you are looking for.”

    Thanky you ultimatewebdesign!
This is not at all that I want. This solution is for social images.

But if you have a huge audio and video content stored on a diferent server that where you host the page is not solving the situation. This why I have asked for solution. ??
