Add extra fields on match line

First of all congratulations to authors for this very beautiful plug in. I wanted to suggest for an upcoming update the insertion of one or more extra fields in the match line in which the user can enter custom values ??such as the name of the referee or the network TV is streamed the encounter etc. thank you.
