Add facebook feed to my homepage

Hi,
I am also trying to add a custom facebook feed to my home page. I am required to add [custom-facebook-feed] wherever I want the feed to come up. I have tried creating a post which works when I go into my News/blog section, however, I am unable to get it to appear in the footer section of my homepage where the “news” usually appears. Any ideas?
