Yes, you can not directly upload images here. but you can use images sharing site upload images on their site they will provide link and share that link here. so we can check it. for example this site : https://imgbb.com/

Please change default payment methods order you can drag and drop payment method and rearrange order on WooCommerce payment setting page. so it will add fee when the card payment method select.
