Add fee / surcharge

Hello,

My client sells gifts baskets composed of products of different tax rates. This plugin helped realise that very easily. Big, big thanks for that!

My question: sometimes the gift costs more than the combined products because of the packaging. Is there a way we can add a fixed amount to the product? Using the regular price is not an option because we then lose the VAT calculations.
