Add field condition based on from datepicker field with years calculstion from c

I would like to know if there’s a way to add display rule / condition based on year calculation from another field(datepicker). I only see before date and after date option. For example, I have 2 fields, first one is datepicker, will let user input their date of birth and for the second field is label type, will display text only. In the label type field, the condition will be added. If the date of birth is under specific age limit, the label type field with text content will show.
