Add flat fee per shipment

    Dear support,
    I’d like to know if it would be possible to add a flat shipping fee at the end of the shipping calculation.

    For example:
    Weight: 10 Kg
    Cost: 1 € per Kg
    Flat fee: 2 € per shipment
    Total: 12 €
