Add Focus Word From CMS Commandar

Hi
I have multiple wordpress sites. I manage these sites using CMSCommandar site. The dashboard on CMSCommandar allows to put post meta information though custom fields.
I’m using your Yoast Plugin for SEO. I would like to know is there a way to add “Focus keyWord” using custom fiels?
Currently I’m doing it mannually, like I create a post from cmscommandar and then from site’s admin portal I update the “Focus keyword” As I use to create 100s of posts daily on multiple sites, I would like to know what meta fields can be used to set “Focus Keyword”.
