Add Font Family

I am new to wordpress and I am not trained in programing. I’m a graphic designer learning how to do web design. I need to add a font family to this theme but i’m not sure how. It as of now is only showing three font options. I’m currently located in China and cannot downloads anything from google so if there is a simple option that doesnt require coding or using google fonts please let me know! Thanks
