Add form ID in Options

Hi, I love the plugin so far, but what I am trying to do is allow a logged in user to submit posts.
right now, when a user (non-admin) logs in and sees their registration page, there is a place on the screen (screenshot: https://prntscr.com/bncn2n) where the user can click to add a post, but the error “Add form ID in Options” is all that opens. Can you help?
First, how do I create the form, then where do I put the form ID? thank you!
