add form ID in options, please help me!

  • hi, i’m very very in trouble and need help.

    I have installed Ultimate User, User Frontend and Ultimate Member + WP User Frontend Addon. When I click the tub of adding post, I get the following message: Add form ID in Options.

    however, i’ve already created form in user frontend (create post form) and got the form id.

    since i’m a beginner of wordpress, could you please tell me how to resolve the issue in detail?
