Add form inside Easy Responsive Tabs

I want to show html form that has been developed in my own plugin inside Easy Responsive Tabs. But once I add it like:

[restabs alignment=”osc-tabs-left” responsive=”true” text=”More”]
[restab title=”Food”][foodform][/restab][/restabs]

It shows form outside tab.

This is very simple plugin and I am new to plugin development
