Add from server doesnt work with worlpress 4.0

    does anyone know how to make the add from server work with the world press 4.0 I made a research and found I am not the only one having this problem.

    Is there is any code that I need to add it not the plug or else were
    And if there is what the code is and was exactly I needed to add it.

    Or is there is maybe another plug that adds from server and work with the world press 4 -I found just one plug for this matter and it was working very good while I had world press 3.9.1

    Or may any one can help me with instructions how I can go back to the wordpress3.9.1 I have it zip

    Or maybe any one of you know another method for uploading big video files from the server wp-content into the media library at the dashboard of the WP

    As well I was looking for a free video gallery to upload video into the pages -but this will be of course in use just after I will be able to have my files on the media library

    Is there is maybe a way to upload big video files toward file Zilla directly into the media library -and then I will not need all what I had mentioned above?
