Add function to search by hidden fields

  • Currently the search function will only search fields that are shown to the user. So, for example, if I am not displaying tags, notes, or long descriptions, those field will not be searched. It would be super helpful if there was a check box so I can set it that searches look at the tags field. This small change would make the Search function so much more powerful.

    The search does look through notes and long descriptions, just not tags. It looks through these fields whether or not they are shown. I just tested locally. For tags, I will investigate to see if I could add them to the search. Not sure.
