Add Gallery button not showing all galleries

    When I click “Add Gallery” in page or post edit it opens list of galleries but only shows the first 10 galleries (I have 15). no way to scroll/tab/arrow down the list that I can figure out. If I click on the thumbnail/icon view for the list it displays a blank thumbnail for all the gallery, but with no thumbnail or text so I have no idea which gallery is which.
