Add gotra section in form field and filteration on the search page

Hi,
First of all I would like to thanks to putting your efforts in between of us. I must say this is really a nice plugin . Well I would like to add few of more fields and would like to have filtration on the search page named as Gotra?
I am also a developer and I can customize your plugin but if you can suggest better and easy then it would be really great ?
