Add HTML tags to new stock status text

Hi! The plugin works perfectly for us, thank you.

Is it possible to allow basic html tags as part of new stock status text?
i.e. For the In Stock field we would like the following text:
“AVAILABILITY: Yay! This is IN STOCKDelivered in 1-3 days”
