Add Http2 Push and font-display option

    hi . please add this features if its possible :
    – Add http2 push support
    – Add font-display option for fonts . like block|swap|fallback
    – Add TTL Cache option

    Hi,

    The font-display option is already added in some cases with google fonts, but you should modify your code, or request from the original plugin/theme to support that.

    Adding http2 push will result in error 500 on some unsupported servers, so it’s a nofix.

    The TTL Cache is irrelevant. The cache is only for CSS and JS files and this doesn’t change. A TTL would make it regenerate files when it’s not needed.
