I want to add a heart icon in the Header section. When I click on that icon, it will take me to another page, that’s what I mean

In this case, I can recommend looking at the “Advanced Menu” extension from Blocksy Pro – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/advanced-menu/. You can add icons to menu elements and disable their label, so only the icon remains.
