Add image dimensions automatically to alle images already inserted

Hi.
Is there any Plugin or Code Snippet which can do the following:

– Resize all images (which are already on the page) to the size of the containers width?
– Add width and height properties to every image due to the actual size (not during upload, there must be a way to add it to the images which are already inserted?!)
