Add image or thumbnail to CformsII form

Can I use CformsII with images added to a form? I need to be able to create a form with text fields, radio buttons and check boxes and here and there I would like to add an image in front of a field or box to clarify what the visitor is choosing. Is this possible with Cforms II?
