Add Image – Screen not fully visible

  • When I use the ADD MEDIA – IMAGE button on my ‘write post’ page the screen appears half off the bottom of the page. I cannot move it up. I have tried scrolling, grabbing etc but I cannot move it up so I can gain access to all my images.
    I tried to put a screen print here to show you what I see but I had no luck. (This is my first post here on the WordPress Forum)

  • Are you using IE7? If so, can you try with a different browser to see if it works?

    A couple of basic things to try would be to clear your browser cache and restart your browser. If that doesn’t work, try disabling your plugins to see if something in one of them is interfering with the add media screen.
