Add image slide & Add image not working

Dear @d.chatzimanolis,that issue could happen because of javascript errors but our slider just working fine with wordpress, so please activate Huge-IT slider and remove one by one all your plugins and try to add image again, so you can find from which plugin issue is coming, if nothing happen please change your theme. I’m sure that after doing it you can find the problematic plugin or theme, after finding it please contact to developer of that product with request to include their javascript source only in their product page.

I have exactly the same problem as d.chatzimanolis, Add image slide and Add image buttons do nothing. No time to troubleshoot your plugin, on to the next one.

Lots of people seem to be having this problem. Everyone has other plugins. Maybe you could be more aggressive about finding a solution on your end.

Same issue here. Adding new slides only gives me an ‘item saved’ screen, but no actual items are added to a slide.
It used to work before and I havent added any other plugins in the meantime so I doubt that’s the problem. I have the premium version by the way.

Totally agree with others. You simply cannot ask people to switch down N plugins, neither to change theme(!!!) just for an internal issue.

Dear customers it have been fixed and there is new wordpress uploader have been set on our slider. the little issue is found on current new version and we hope it will be fixed in several hours.
So please update your plugins to new version.

I just updated to your new version and I still can’t “add image slide”.

Was this meant to have been resolved?

Maybe you need to clear your browser’s cash files.
Please go to slider’s page and press Ctrl+F5 to do that.

I bought the pro version to be able to customize the settings, and to my huge disappointment this slider plug-in is not working properly at all. There are still huge development issues with the pro version. Like the users have mentioned before the ‘add images’ functionality isn’t working along with other functionality. The sizing and titles aren’t showing properly…I’m very disappointed customer especially after paying for the pro-version, this should not be sold without testing that it works.
