add image slides not working

    Clicking the “New Slide” icon does not bring me to the (add) media page. There seems to be no way to add images to the show, which makes it pretty useless ?? May this be a translation problem? Using WP 4.9.8 with theme “Sensible”.

    No, that is not the translation problem, I think there is a js error on your site.

    Please let us know, which theme is you are using.
