Add Image to Category in Arthemia Categories Bar

    I would like to add an image to each category in the category bar on my site, https://www.touristisrael.com so that below the category name and description there is a small thumnail. I have added the category icon plugin but am not sure if/how this could help

    Any advice would be really apprecaited
