add image to featured boxes

Hi everybody, I’m using this theme in my site and I like it so much! But I’m new in wp and I’m in trouble now, cause I’m trying to add an image to featured box and I’m not able to… I’ve searched something useful in Option section in theme, but I can’t find an option that tells me: ADD IMAGE HERE! How can I do? Thanks so much!
