Add image to post/page doesn't work

  • Nextgen version : 1.9.12
    WP version : 3.5

    Hi, I’m facing an issue with NextGen, when trying to add image with the wordpress “add media” button, select the nextgen tab and my picture, nothing happened !
    The nextgen button in the toolbar works properly but my client want to be able to do it himself and would be a lot easier if he could see the image before.

    Anyone can help me ?
