Add image to Sidebar

  • I would like to add a background image to the sidebar for the text and sign-up box on my site which is https://www.intelligentrunning.com .I’ve tried various css formating and included coding in the sidebar.php but still cannot get it to work. The image is box.jpg and is held in the “images” folder in the twentyten folder.
    Any help appreciated. Many thanks.

  • li#signup{background:url(images/box.jpg) top center no-repeat scroll transparent;} to style.css should do it

    Many thanks…..I think I had the right formatting, but the css was incorrect further up the file and hence it wouldn’t work for me. Really appreciate your rapid response. Thanks.

    if you haven’t got it get firebug for firefox, ends css headaches, just about.
