Add Image/Edit Image not working

Within the last few hours I’ve been having an issue with adding images and editing images. When I add an image to a post..the add image box displays ok and lets me do everything normally…when I go to insert the image into the post…the add image box just turns blank. When I go to edit an image from a post that has already been publlished…the box comes up as blank.

Anyone else having this problem?
