Add images to product gallery problem

    Hi people.
    I am using Flatsome, WooCommerce theme for my website. Recently when I want to add images to product gallery some of the images disappear after updating the product.
    When I upload the images into the WordPress everything looks ok and I even can see the images thumbnails in the upload window. But when I check the images in the Media library some of the images do not have thumbnail and do not show up as they are damaged.
    What can I solve this problem?

    Can you please follow our self service guide to ensure this isn’t due to a common issue?

    If that doesn’t turn up any results, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It looks like you can see part of the image, am I seeing that correctly? Just a small sliver at the top?

    Is it just this one image that has the issue, or numerous images?

    This problem happens for some images and even when I delete and upload the images to the Media library again, they do not still show up in the product gallery.

    Okay, very strange! Do you have a development or staging site? I’m not able to reproduce this issue on my own site, so where I would go next with this would be to see if it can be reproduced on another site of yours

    Okay, I understand! Have you reached out to your hist at all to see if they might know why this issue is happening?

    And just to verify again, you have already tried a full conflict test? If not, that is what I would test next to be sure. Here are the steps for that:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Dear @fevered,
    Many thanks for your help. I followed your instruction and the problem was solved.
    Actually there was no conflict from plugins and it seems deactivating and reactivating the flatware theme solved the problem.
