If you’re using the free version, you’ll need to make a custom version of this template:

/events-manager/templates/forms/bookingform/booking-fields.php

Thanks that works. Is there also a way to show the extra field in the mail template? I named the new field: name=”user_license”

This won’t work I guess out of the box: license : #_user_license

That would take a little more custom coding ??
