Add integration of "Smart Forms" and "Contact Form DB"

  • Can anybody provide pointers as to how to get “Smart Forms” substitutions saved to the DB using “Contact Form DB”. Using [cfdb-save-form-post] does not work and adding the required hidden input field does not appear to help.
