Add Jetpack subscription box or button

I have searched the docs and FAQs, as well as Googled. So is there a secret code (shortcode, snippet or whatever) somewhere to add a subscribe option box or radio button on or below a contact form? There’s an easy integration with MailChimp subs, but JetPack isn’t obvious.
