Add Learner to Paid Course

Hi All!

I have a paid course and can’t figure out how to add a learner to the course in the following circumstances:

1. Someone paid but doesn’t have access
2. Our office wants to add a learner to a course for free
3. We have to delete a learner for some reason and add them again

In the documentation, it suggests going to learner management and searching for a leaner in the “Add Learner” field at the bottom of the learner page. But the learner doesn’t appear when searching because they are not in the system yet.
