“Add Level” on Multi-Level Donation unresponsive

  • I’m new to both WP and Give, but have tried just about everything I can think of to get past this issue. I want to start in the simplest way possible with a single form and two donation levels. I can create the form and a single level, but when I press Add Level to create another level, nothing happens. Popups are not blocked. WP is up to date. Theme is Catch Kathmandu, and it is up to date. I am using Chrome, but tested also in Firefox, and it behaves exactly the same. I don’t get an error message — just no response, as if the script behind the button has been blocked. Any suggestions would be welcome!

    Sounds like a javascript conflict. Only way to narrow down how that is happening is to deactivate all plugins besides Give. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

    If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.
