Add lines button, and image upload

Is Ninja Forms (with plugins?) capable of doing the following:

1) Two fields in a block, that I would like to have the block repeated (add button) as needed.

2) As a field, upload an image.

Picture a form that allows members to upload steps to a project.
Two fields represent a single step. A textblock, and an image.
At the end of the block, they can add an additional step, which has an additional image field as well.

Is there a plugin or two I can use to accomplish this?
