Add link to full post in excerpt meta box?

Hi all,

I am using the Excerpt box / form on the post editor screen to add my custom excerpts.

I want to add a link to the excerpt that when clicked, takes the reader to the full post.

Is there a good way to do this or should I just manually link to the post URL?

Are there any plugins that will automatically add this button/link to my excerpts by default?

I’m using the Genesis Framework if it makes any difference.
