So I’m using “Full Width Static Image, with Border” for the banner option in the WP opulus panel under Appearance. I want the image to be clickable (add a link to it).

I add the image via the Featured Image option on the homepage page. However, the is no option for adding a link.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks for any help!

  • Hi TrentPhoto,

If you edit where the slider is in the theme you could wrap a link around where it calls the featured image and with the href as the post link:

    “>
    slider image here

    hope it helps

Oh wow, thanks for the quick response! That’s a good idea… but actually I just found another workaround!

Instead of using the “Full Width Static Image” option, I used the “Full Width Banner Content: No Image” option. There’s a field to control what goes there. I put the image in that field, and it let me add a link to the image. I added a drop shadow in photoshop to make it look like the previous banner image.

    Thanks for the help!

    Glad you sorted it ??
