Add link to woocommerce Store Notice

Hi there

Is there any way I can add a link to my store notice text that displays at the top of my website? I’ve tried adding the following in woocommerce settings under store notice , but when I hit save it removes the code and only displays the text without the link.

any ideas how to add a link?
