Add links for different language vesions

Hello!

One question. We got a multilingual site, with content in German, Austrian and swiss language. We use WPML for this.

If I create a link, its only possible to set one external URL. So if the plugin recognizes a keyword on a austrian page, it links to the german link that is set in the plugin.
Is it possible to define different target URLs for different language versions for the same keyword set?
