Add links to the post dynamically

Hi,
I am new to word press and would like to do the below things

1) I would like to get content for the post from a mysql table. i.e. store everything there instead of me typing it. I am sure this would be possible, but the problem is I would like if we can create own tables in the way we want(in terms of fields). I can try adding it to the curren “posts’ table but the problem is I don’t that many fields for my content and also I need 1-2 new fields which is not there in the “posts” table.

2) After showing the posts as mentioned above, I would like link few words in that post. I checked few plugins but there needs to more of manual implementation. I am thinking of this idea, create one more table with all the words and then have the other content table connect to this and check for the words, if exists then link it. I am not sure if this is possible. If there is any other method, please advise me.
