Add listing – upload image not working

    On adding a new listing from the front end (not the dashboard) the upload preview image button merely returns to the top of the page. There is no error message.

    I expected it to pop a window up to choose a file.

    I have tried this on 2 different website running 2 different themes (Genesis and Divi) and both results are the same. Tried it on our test system will all other plugin deactivated. Same result.

    Did this on Chrome on the Surface Pro and the Android tablet. Same result.

  • Please enable ‘Fix Conflict with Bootstrap JS’ which can be found under Directory Settings >> Listing Settings >> General Listings and then check again. If it doesn’t fix the issue, let us know.

    Thank you for your response. We had that option switched to yes already. We did try switching if off and back on again but it didn’t fix the problem.

    Would you please try upgrading to the latest version of the plugin which was released yesterday? After upgrading, please remove browser/website cache and cookies and then test.

    Hello, Unfortunatelly I have the same issue. I can’t upload image from frontend. Is there a solution?

    Sorry for late response, we’ve fixed the issue in the latest version, please update your current version to get the fix.
