Add logo to Admin ver. 1.6 running on WP4.0-RC3

On my test site running on WP 4.0-RC3, I have found that the Add logo to Admin ver. 1.6 causes The ‘X‘ close button in the Customizer panel to be moved down and cover up Colors. The issue disappears if the plug-in is deactivated.
The release of WP 4.0 is imminent.
