Add Mailchimp Tag To Hidden Field On Form?

    Hello, i have separate pages and MailChimp tags. Is possible to assign specific tag on specific page on same form? I use the acf field to insert the tag name.

    Is possible with the custom form and hidden field with acf mailchimp tag?

    Any solution on this?
