Add Mailpoet in Delicius Magazine WooTheme (in-theme option)

I was wondering if was possible to add the possibility to use mailpoet in Subscribe & Connect option in my theme instead using mailchip or feedburner.

I’m refering to the in-theme option and not the plugin ”Subscribe & Connect”
