Add manual review not working

  • When I type my product in manual review, I always get “the results could not be loaded”. Perhaps it is because it’s not compatible with my current version of wordpress. How do I resolve this. Thanks in advance

    I use “Reviews for WooCommerce” but it doesn’t work.
    I used to use it normally, but now I can’t use it. When I clicked on “Generate reviews” it didn’t appear anything.

    I use php 7.3 wordpress 5.5.3

    We have tested our plugin with the latest version of WP 5.6, the plugin works as expected with Generate review. Have you just installed any new plugins on your site? Please deactive it and check it again.

    I have updated to the latest plugin, the latest wordpress and the latest theme. I also deactivated the plugin, But all of it failed. Reviews for WooCommerce still not working.

    Am using WordPress version 5.6.
    The plugin was last updated 4 weeks back, not compatible with the latest version of wordpress. Please help look into this.it still shows “the result could not be loaded” when generating manual review even after I had tested the plugin on a staging site.

    Did you enter the name of product correctly or is that product still exist?

    Hi rosenguyen. It works perfectly fine now after disabling “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners” in woocommerce settings. Thanks for your quick response. One more thing, Is there a way to display review counts next to star ratings on the shop page. It only shows On the product page. Thanks in advance.

    It is glad to hear that the problem is solved.

    About the review counts on shop page, it is impossible now.
