'Add Media' and 'Featured Image' Glitch

Since the update to 4.5, I have been having trouble with images. I can upload them fine to WordPress but they do not appear in the post (‘Add Media’). Same thing happens with Featured Image. The image is there in my Media Gallery, I get no error messages, but the image just does not appear.

If I select Schedule, Update or Save Draft, wait for the save, then I can go back and I have no trouble with one image. I usually have to do this saving step in between steps, i.e., again after successfully adding the featured image in order to add a post image (or vice versa, but you get the idea).

I disabled everything and reactivated one at a time. I contacted my frameworks provider (Ultimatum Theme), and nothing.
