"Add Media" and "Insert/Edit Link" Buttons Not Working

    I am using WP 4.0 (a hosted instance from GoDaddy), and I am no longer able to use the “Add Media” button or “Insert/Edit Link” button when trying to create a new page or post. When I select “Add Media” the URL in my browser just adds a # at the end – https://5star7day.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=111&action=edit#. When I select the “Insert/Edit Link,” nothing happens at all.

    Any ideas? I have tried different browsers (Chrome and Safari) and deleted a plugin I installed.
