Add Media button does not work!

Hi,
I updated wordpress 3.5.1 but since I can not add or change a Media.
I can not not see the source code of my articles or pages …
So I updated wordpress manually by removing the admin folder and includes + files at the root to send the files freshly downloaded …
but in vain …
is the same, the media do not work, or source code modification,
and I may not see everything …
